Six miles away is Waldo County Hospital, which offers a full range of services including acute care, home health care, oncology clinic, hospice programs and more, and has an active staff of 25 physicians. Maine School Administrative District 56 includes Frankfort, Searsport and Stockton Springs. Each community has a K-5 elementary school, all students attend middle school and high school in Searsport.
